ACLS Courses
The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course is a Heart & Stroke Foundation course that is designed for healthcare professionals who respond to cardiovascular emergencies, including cardiac arrest, stroke, acute coronary syndromes, and dysrhythmias. Through realistic, simulation-based scenarios, you’ll strengthen your clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills while learning to work effectively as part of a high-performance resuscitation team.
PREREQUISITE:
Before attending this course, participants must:

Hold a current Heart & Stroke Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Successfully complete the ACLS Pre-course Self-Assessment with a minimum score of 70% (study materials and access are provided after registration).

Initial ACLS Certification
Designed for healthcare professionals seeking initial ACLS certification or those renewing a certification that has been expired for more than four months.
Advanced Life Support Training
Approximately 14 hours of instructor-led training focused on managing cardiovascular emergencies through realistic simulations.
Pre-Course Assessment Required
Complete the required ACLS Pre-course Self-Assessment with a minimum score of 70% before attending the course.
Simulation-Based Learning
Develop confidence in advanced airway management, ECG interpretation, pharmacology, team leadership, and high-performance resuscitation.
